TheTuff Trax floor tile is injection moulded from 100% virgin (recyclable) PVC and is quick and easy to install. It can be laidover any hard surface with minimum or no surface preparation.
Tuff Trax is loose laid on the floor and its unique interlocking moulded keys are easily locked into place. No special tools are required - all you need is a mallet, sharp knife measuring tape and a chalkline.
Installation of Tuff Trax should be commenced from the center of the floor working outwards in a circular pattern. It is necessary to leave a 5mm gap in between tiles and any fixed point (i.e. wall and machinery) thus allowing tiles free movement to expand and contract.
Ordering: Tiles Come (8) to a case = 23.4 sq/ft per Case

Just had a set of these installed in my small (15'x18') garage. They definitely transformed the look and hid some very ugly and stained cement.
Installation was extremely easy. I didn't realize it would be so easy and I kinda wish I had saved a bit of $$$ and done it myself (it really is very easy). The tiles fit tightly together and leave no gaps. I went with the basic dark grey. The color is very consistent and there are no color variations that I can see. Unfortunately, the darker colors do seem to show dirt very easily, so I might recommend lighter colors if this is a concern.
The only minor issue that I didn't realize when ordering is that unless your garage floor is an integer number of tiles is width/length, then the tiles along 1 or 2 of the sides will need to be cut to fit. This means that you can't use the edge or the corner edge tiles along the sides with the cut tiles. Keep this in mind when deciding the amount and type of tiles to order.
Overall, I'm very happy with the flooring (as well as the slatwall that I also had installed).
