Similar to Spray-Top except Trowel-Top doesn't require a Spray-Top machine. Trowel-Top can be troweled over existing concrete or Ready Mix Resurfacer to create a very smooth finish prior to applying stains or dyes. It can be applied in a white base or mixed with liquid pigments to create a decorative multi-colored effect.
