Just installed this on my slatwall over the weekend. This is a solid mount and seems to work well. The additional bin for holding accessories (shown holding a helmet in the picture) is quite useful and a nice feature.
The only aspect which I wish was designed better would be to have a hold-down strap or latch that would hold the bike in-place during an earthquake (a somewhat common occurrence here in Southern California). If/when an earthquake happens, I expect the bike to fall off the rack as the hooks holding the bike are not very deep (especially for the thick-tubed mountain bikes as compared to road bikes). Therefore, I have to be careful about the placement of this so my bike wont fall onto/into my car during an earthquake.
